Four groups, exactly four cards each. Sixteen cards sit in four face-down stacks — you can only see the top of each.
Tap a top card to pick it up, then tap the group it belongs to. Placing it uncovers whatever was underneath.
Not sure about a card? Play a different stack. Some cards plausibly fit two groups, and the exactly-four rule settles them — once a group fills up it closes. Leaving an awkward card until then is the whole trick.
Each stack holds one card from every group, so what you have already taken off a stack tells you what is left in it.
You can be wrong four times. You can never get stuck.
